To access your clothes, just pull out one of the rods. It’s not a bad team 6.5 out of 10, but you could change a few things around.

Garchomp should hold a Life Orb, to have a 30% increase in power in it’s attacks, making it far deadlier. Double Team is considered cheap in competitive battling unfortunately :/ so I would remove that. Sandstorm is a ok move, but there’s better moves to teach it. If you want Garchomp to be an evasive physical sweeper, then it’s best to put it on a Sandstorm team, where it’s ability will be put to good use, so Sandstorm kinda wastes a slot in Garchomp’s moveset. Dragon Claw is an ok move if you plan on making it a late game physical sweeper, when it can pick off weakened Pokemon, but Outrage is far superior if you want immediate pressure on your opponent. Teach Garchomp Swords Dance and either Stone Edge or Fire Fang. Keep Earthquake and Dragon Claw if you don’t like Garchomp being locked into Outrage. With Swords Dance, Garchomp will destroy almost any Pokemon in a single hit.

I would remove Dragonite because Garchomp is far superior, and having two Pokemon with x4 weakness to ice is a bad idea, since Water Pokemon with Ice type attacks are common in competitive play. Also having a neutral nature for Dragonite isn’t recommended. It’s not terrible but none of Dragonite’s status will be spectacular, other than it’s attack. If you want a Dragon Dance based Dragonite, then breed Dragonite to get a Dratini with a Adamant Nature, and once it’s a Dragonite, teach it Dragon Dance, Outrage/Dragon Claw, Earthquake and either Roost or Fire Punch, depending if you want to keep Dragonite in longer or just want better coverage. If you don’t feel like breeding another Dratini, then be sure to give Dragonite good support, and keep it off the battle field when the opponent has Salamence or Garchomp in play, as those two Pokemon will destroy Dragonite. An enemy Dragonite could be an issue as well.

Arcanine is also another Pokemon that has some problems. It’s a good sweeper, but fire Pokemon have been rarely seen in competitive play due to the common usage of Stealth Rock, which will chip away 25% of it’s health away, making it easier to be OHKO’ed by the opposing Pokemon. Again, neutral nature isn’t recommended, Charcoal is not a good held item for Arcanine either. Lucario is alright, though Flash Cannon isn’t really good as it’s only effective against two types of Pokemon, Rock and Ice. Aura Sphere is better because it can deal with Rock and Ice Pokemon, as well as normal and steel Pokemon. I personally prefer Shadow Ball over Dark Pulse, but Dark Pulse is a good substitute for Shadow Ball. Teach Lucario Water Pulse to give it good coverage against Fire and Ground type Pokemon. Give Lucario either a Choice Specs or a Choice Scarf, as either one will boost Lucario’s sweeping potential.

Glaceon seems ok, but be sure to give it good support as lots of Pokemon in competitive play can easily damage Glaceon with fighting, fire or steel attacks. Also give Glaceon Leftovers to give it better survivability instead of Nevermeltice. Roserade is a good Pokemon, and it could fit as a good lead, but you need to teach it Sleep Powder for it to be any good. Teaching it Sleep Powder will allow Roserade to set up at least one layer of Toxic Spikes. If you can get two layers of Toxic Spikes, then the opponent’s Pokemon will be badly poisoned upon switching except for steel, poison and flying Pokemon, and Pokemon who have levitate. A Pokemon that knows Gravity could be of great use for Roserade, as flying Pokemon and Pokemon with levitate will be affected by Toxic Spikes. Leaf Storm or Grass Knot are better moves for Roserade, as it can deal great amount of damage to water and ground types, especially the heavy bulky ones, such as Hippowdon or Swampert. You could keep Giga Drain to restore health, but Roserade is physically frail and won’t stick around long, unless you give it a Focus Sash to endure a powerful attack. But if you’re confident in Roserade’s ability to stay in, and pull off many successful Sleep Powders, then let it keep Black Sludge to restore HP.

DDRUM’s are pretty good. They are the new metalish kits out. That deal sounds fair, but I would keep on the lookout a bit more. Keep checking Craigslist and your local newpaper’s Classified sections or any other local sales lists. The reason is you can find some Amazing deals in those. Usually from some rich family that bought their kid a drumset and he/she turned out not to like it or are lazy as hell to practice.

For instance, I bought my first drumset(10 years ago, I know) for about $550. It was a Pearl Export with some Niiiice cymbals (Zildjian A custom’s), and everything was there, throne, hardware, etc.
You can find deals like that in those resources, I see them all the time.

Cymbals are going to be the most expensive item for your kit. If you can find a set with cymbals(decent ones, not trash can lids) thrown in then that’s your buy. One cymbal, can cost over $200! Even more than that, it’s crazy.

Men’s Clothes for Spring 2011

Spring is the time of rebirth, when the planet heaves itself out of the winter doldrums and puts on a show of sprouting plant and animal life, and even with occasional bursts of warmth and sunshine. In the spirit of rebirth, then, spring is also a time to shed your winter coat and step daringly into a new wardrobe, while looking ahead to the halcyon days of summer.

Leading the change into warmer weather this spring is the clever ‘Shacket’ which, as you may have guessed, is the midway point between a shirt and a jacket. In the style of a shirt, but with heaviness and detailing you’d usually associate with a jacket, ‘Shackets’ range from the in-vogue khaki military style to the classic denim, and for those with a penchant for the ‘Miami Vice’ look, striped seersucker.

The bulkiness of a Shacket needs to be paired with a more form-fitting look on the lower half, but that doesn’t mean you have to recycle the same skinny jeans you’ve been wearing since last autumn. Skinny chinos and trousers hit the mark perfectly, and you can either stick with the traditional skinny ‘carrot’ style, or push the boat out and go for a touch of the high fashion jodhpur look, with an ‘arc’ leg. Moving even further south, for this look you can’t go wrong with a pair of brogues between you and the ground.

If spring really heats up then you may even find yourself searching the bottom of the wardrobe for a pair of shorts. If you find your attire sadly lacking in short-trouser options then don’t despair, this season you’ll find city shorts aplenty – tailored cotton shorts cut to sit an inch or two above the knees, ideally matched with a pair of plimsolls or boat shoes.

While previous seasons have been dedicated to rock n’ roll and rebellion, as witnessed by the return of the gritty ‘80s and grungy ‘90s looks, this season will be characterised by a return to a more wholesome and preppy style, as evidenced by the return of the letterman jacket, for that 1950s American football player look. In terms of colours for t-shirts, shirts, shorts and chinos this spring, minimalism will reign, with a move away from dark colours and neon towards lighter pastels and soft sherbets.

Meanwhile, the interplay between popular culture and fashion will be seen once again as hit TV series such as ‘Mad Men’ and ‘Boardwalk Empire’ influence the world of men’s clothes are moving towards a more classic, tailored, structured look – it’s a safe bet that a sharp-looking suit will no longer be just for the office. Then again, you still can’t go wrong with either a button-down plaid or check shirt, paired with slim cut or skinny denim jeans.

Whatever you wear this spring, if you think sharp, structured and suave, then you’ll never miss the mark.

If you are working in a formal company, then there must be a business casual dress code. Many companies have invitations to business functions often suggest that guests should wear “business casual” dress. However, the term is somewhat nebulous, and sometimes leads to widespread confusion. It is clearly different than business formal, which suggests a tailored suit and tie, but should not be confused with business casual dress such as jeans and t-shirts either. A general rule of thumb for business casual is that the individual should be neatly dressed, well put together, and professional looking. If you are ever unclear on company policy about business casual dress, ask to see a dress code or talk to a supervisor about acceptable office wear.
    The following is a general overview of appropriate business casual attire for men’s and women’s casual dress. Items that are not appropriate for the office are listed, too. Neither list is all-inclusive and both are open to change. The lists tell you what is generally acceptable as business casual attire and what is generally not acceptable as business casual attire.
No dress code can cover all contingencies so employees must exert a certain amount of judgment in their choice of clothing to wear to work. If you experience uncertainty about acceptable, professional business causal attire for work, please ask your supervisor or your Human Resources staff.
Slacks that are similar to Dockers and other makers of cotton or synthetic material pants, wool pants, flannel pants,dressy capris, and nice looking dress synthetic pants are acceptable, like smart casual dress. Inappropriate slacks or pants include jeans, sweatpants, exercise pants, Bermuda shorts, short shorts, shorts, bib overalls, leggings, and any spandex or other form-fitting pants such as people wear for biking.
Casual dresses and skirts, and skirts that are split at or below the knee are acceptable. Dress and skirt length should be at a length at which you can sit comfortably in public. Short, tight skirts that ride halfway up the thigh are inappropriate for work. Mini-skirts, skorts, sun dresses, beach dresses, and spaghetti-strap dresses are inappropriate for the office.
Casual shirts, dress shirts, sweaters, tops, golf-type shirts, and turtlenecks are acceptable attire for work. Most suit jackets or sport jackets are also acceptable attire for the office, if they violate none of the listed guidelines. Inappropriate attire for work includes tank tops; midriff tops; shirts with potentially offensive words, terms, logos, pictures, cartoons, or slogans; halter-tops; tops with bare shoulders; sweatshirts, and t-shirts unless worn under another blouse, shirt, jacket, or dress.
Conservative athletic or walking shoes, loafers, clogs, sneakers, boots, flats, dress heels, and leather deck-type shoes are acceptable for work. Wearing no stockings is acceptable in warm weather. Flashy athletic shoes, thongs, flip-flops, slippers, and any shoe with an open toe are not acceptable in the office. Closed toe and closed heel shoes are required in the manufacturing operation area.
Should be in good taste with limited visible body piercing. Remember, that some employees are allergic to the chemicals in perfumes and make-up, so wear these substances with restraint.
Hats are not appropriate in the office. Head Covers that are required for religious purposes or to honor cultural tradition are allowed.
If clothing fails to meet these standards, as determined by the employee’s supervisor and Human Resources staff, the employee will be asked not to wear the inappropriate item to work again. If the problem persists, the employee may be sent home to change clothes and will receive a verbal warning for the first offense. All other policies about personal time use will apply. Progressive disciplinary action will be applied if dress code violations continue.
